With more information discovered by sincere scientists around the world, it is becoming evident that the Covid-19 virus doesn’t only establish a high fever and pneumonia in people.
But Covid-19 also causes inflammation within the artery walls.
Now how this becomes a nightmare for diabetic patients is based upon how diabetes affects the human body.
One of the symptoms that happen over time with type 2 diabetic patients is the narrowing and stiffening of the artery walls (Atherosclerosis).
When the artery wall becomes narrow, the level of blood circulation is compromised.
As the blood will, it challenging to travel through the narrow passages to nourish the many different organs and tissues within the body.
The human blood is the main component which transports:
To nourish the body from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes.
If the veins and arteries within our body harden up or become narrow, the result will lead to underperforming organ functionality in the body.
Which then makes it more difficult for the body to fight major illnesses effectively.
That is why type 2 diabetic patients are at risk of cardiovascular disease, blindness, and loss of limbs.
Other side effects of narrowing arteries can lead to gangrene, which is when the loss of blood supply to particular parts of the body causes the limb or organs to die.
This process mainly happens to the limbs first, and sadly it gradually works its way to the main organs.
Nitric Oxide is exceptionally good in improving the health and flexibility of our arteries.
Nitric oxide is produced in the body when exercising, and Nitric oxide levels can improve with the following foods:
Anti-inflammatory foods also support the reduction of inflammation within the body.
Foods like:
Please do not consume foods list above on the same day.
Please consult your GP before consuming any foods listed if you have a health condition.
I also want to point out the fundamental difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Type 1 Diabetes is referred to when less insulin from the pancreas is produced.
Insulin is needed for the body to produce energy for the functionality of the organs.
Type 1 diabetic patients are the ones that need to take insulin injections regularly.
Type 1 Diabetes is, sadly, becoming more common due to terrible choices in losing weight.
Losing weight is a unique science that should be easy & safe, not dangerous.
For example, you would not purchase clothes from a shop that only sells one size.
Of course, you would want to be at a shop that has your size, which is unique to you, but the false advertising of weight loss products does not go by that principle.
Sadly they make you believe that their quick weight loss plan/product (which isn’t custom made for your body and unfortunately sold to everyone) will give you the result you want.
Still, they do not mention the tons of side effects and illnesses that come with the plan or product.
Your health is your wealth, regardless of how this world wants your image to be.
No point looking good from the outside and suffering internal damage for people’s praise.
Type 2 diabetes happens to individuals that produce too much insulin from their pancreas because of having a bad diet or side effects from medication.
Type 2 diabetes can cause damage to the insulin receptors around your organs and cause multiple health issues.
The most common diabetes within many communities around the world is type 2 diabetes, mainly due to a lack of exercise, obesity, and poor diet choices.
This corona-virus is a heavy toll on the body.
I cannot stress enough that this is the best time to work hard to improve our health and diet.
Hopefully, we can all have a better chance of survival against this virus.
So, let us all work hard to better ourselves with a better lifestyle and food choices.
Type 2 diabetes can be controlled and even reversed with a balanced diet and exercise.
Stay safe
