When life is lived at a fast going pace and time is chased.
Your mind, body and soul nourishment will definitely be neglected.
Our life focus points will be defined as work life or social life.
The mind, body and soul will uniquely bend to suit the needs of work and social image.
In that process, a person will lose themselves for others.
Less time will be given to question which fuel is used to get the mind, body and soul going.
The development of an anything-goes policy gets established just to get the job done.
Until that time comes when things are not physically going the way you want.
Weakness and extreme tiredness follow you like a shadow.
Seeking the reason why things are physical going wrong become an enigma.
Suggestions come flying at you from inexperienced people.
A trial-and-error program is established but with no resolve.
So finally, a visit to the doctor becomes necessary.
Unfortunately, the undeniable truth from the doctor is exposed.
So how does one reflect upon nourishing the mind, body and soul to avoid such situations?
Have you ever heard of the term you are what you eat?
This statement will open your mind to understand the importance of nourishing the mind, body and soul with the right food and practices.
For if you are thoughtless about what you consume, then be prepared in being malnourished and unhealthy.
Weakness will overpower you, which will lead to illnesses conquering your body.
If you develop a thoughtful self-respecting personality.
You will not only avoid such situations.
You will also seek the food which nourishes your mind, body and soul.
You will know the benefits of consuming such meals.
As your performance will stand out in the most positive of ways.
Your thoughts will be refined.
Your body will be at ease and your soul will be at peace.
When one consumes more than they need and eat that which does not benefit them.
Then that person should not be surprised of having an ugly unhealthy life.
The key to successfully having a clear mind, body and soul is having the necessary discipline and balance in all life's affairs.
Only then can a person learn how to balance everything in life affairs.
Finding peace when following a discipline can also be a challenge at times.
Many schools of thought around the world teaching how to find peace when following a discipline to better ones life.
Personally, I follow the nutritional discipline and practices taught in Islam.
Which collectively teaches us to respect and approach life in a balanced way, care for ourselves and others, never hold back in kindness to a guest, sharing is caring and never overindulge in food or drink as it will ruin even the best of us.
We live in a time of overindulgence and tunnel vision, which the mega fast-food industry knows too well.
The mega fast-food industry successfully transforms the mind of people into believing their food is not that bad at all.
When statistics and ingredients show something very different.
The level of cardiovascular, obesity and digestive issues that have risen in adults and children over the years is shocking.
We are unquestionably educated by mega fast-food advertising companies not to even look at those issues or even be bothered.
Are those who wish to guide us to unwell eating practices prepared to cover our medical bills when we fall unwell?
Therefore, it is fundamentally important to understand how the advertising tactics are used by the fast-food industry on us all.
I will provide a basic understanding of those tactics.
First, they take advantage of an individuals love of vibrant colours.
The vibrant the look of the food, the more tunnel vision and focused a person becomes.
Second, the sound bites arrive with background music.
To convince us without giving a second thought on the product, like some form of hypnotism.
Third, the price will be advertised in a way that makes an individual believe and feel the meal isn’t so overpriced.
This process is established for individuals to think and believe they can save time and money by buying those meals.
The actual truth is, a culture will be born of not knowing how to properly cook healthy delicious meals.
It will make people feel like they are on a diet when trying to cook good meals.
When in fact they are not on a diet.
As these are goods foods which should of be consumed in the first place.
This is how a deception enters the mind.
Making us feel it’s cheaper and more joyful to buy takeaway food rather than cooking your own food.
And one will forget how it feels to make something delicious and delightful with their own hands.
This is the basic principle of how the mega fast food industry hooks someone into living off their food.
Prevention is better than cure, as said by Desiderius Erasmus.
I can only recommend keeping the mind, body and soul healthy.
This can be done by fuelling your mind with the truth of what you consume, your body with real food and your soul with the honour of cooking your own meals humbly and peacefully.
